The School of Finance has a responsible, united, positive, realistic and innovative administrative team with the leadership of the School consists of the Secretary of the Party Committee, the Dean, the Deputy Secretary and the Vice Dean. The School implements the system of Joint Meeting of Party and Government, and the working guidelines of the School leadership are “impartiality, standardization, unity and cooperation”. The Secretary of Party Committee is in charge of party affairs, ideological and political work and student management; the Dean is in charge of teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and administrative work; the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee assists the Secretary of Party Committee in the management of party affairs, ideological and political work, student management, counselors’ team building, the Youth League Committee and the work of the Students’ Union; the Vice-Dean assists the Dean in the management of teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and other work; the Secretary of Party Affairs, the Secretary of Teaching, the Secretary of Scientific Research and the Secretary of Administration in General Office are respectively in charge of the party affairs, teaching, scientific research, administration and other work; Secretary of the Youth League Committee is responsible for the work of the Communist Youth League affairs; counselors are responsible for daily management of students and ideological and political education work.
